Rachel Felstead is a sole practitioner. She attended Cambridge University followed by Chester College of Law. After qualifying as a solicitor in 1993 in the City, Rachel practiced general litigation for two years and then specialised in Employment Law at Denton Wilde Sapte from 1995.

In 2001 she became a consultant and established her own practice in 2003.

Since then, Rachel has acted for a range of clients in settling disputes up and down the country. Most recently, Rachel acted for a nationwide employer on an eight day case in Hull concerning sex, race, sexual orientation discrimination and discrimination on the grounds of religious belief.

Rachel is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
